Taking the emotion out of decision making and replacing it with a focus on the customer, measurement of the process, and root cause analysis are key aspects of Lean Six Sigma.

• Observational analysis and stakeholder interview to understand the company’s value stream.
• Execute on mapping out patient care processes and associated costs.
• Provide an executable overview of the “full potential” through such measures as bottleneck analysis and internal and external benchmarking.
• Evaluate existing operational and management processes to remove non-value added processes.
• Upon agreement of targeted areas of improvement, work with designated teams to focus on execution of process improvement.
